Rothschilds Patented Covid-19 Biometric Tests in 2015 and 2017.

First Registration: Netherlands, Oct. 13, 2015

Fact-Checkers say this date claim is false because it’s part of a “family of patents” and whilst the family of patents part is true, the 2015/2016 patents are supposedly attached to US201562240783P / US201615293211A, which doesn’t seem to exist (or at least I can’t find them – or maybe it’s something to do with some kind of application process – I’ll ask my friend – a patent expert – in daylight hours).

Patent Abstract:

A method is provided for acquiring and transmitting biometric data (e.g., vital signs) of a user, where the data is analyzed to determine whether the user is suffering from a viral infection, such as COVID-19. The method includes using a pulse oximeter to acquire at least pulse and blood oxygen saturation percentage, which is transmitted wirelessly to a smartphone. To ensure that the data is accurate, an accelerometer within the smartphone is used to measure movement of the smartphone and/or the user. Once accurate data is acquired, it is uploaded to the cloud (or host), where the data is used (alone or together with other vital signs) to determine whether the user is suffering from (or likely to suffer from) a viral infection, such as COVID-19. Depending on the specific requirements, the data, changes thereto, and/or the determination can be used to alert medical staff and take corresponding actions.

Regardless of the “Date” controversy…

It’s got a lot of information about personal biometric surveillance data written throughout that probably should have our attention also.

For example, in one section it talks about “the biometric data is stored in memory and linked to the identifier… this allows the biometric data to be linked to video data upon playback”, and has subsections involving video and audio data that is stored in memory and linked to other data “uniquely identifying the session via a globally unique identifier (GUID), and an activity identifier“.

God only knows what this patent is really about or whether any of this is actually being used anywhere, but it smells of total surveillance and control, this obsession with collecting our biodata and connecting things up to the cloud. And my suspicious mind wonders if its more of a stop-gap, to stop people (or profit from people, or sue people) from developing apps that use biometric data for COVID-19? I don’t know, I’m tired, it’s late.

A patent owned by Moderna clearly shows that lipid nanoparticles (“LNPs”) are fully programmable self-assembling technologies that can contain gels and hydrogels. (Suspiciously, it matches the description of what labs all around the world are finding in the vials)

Patent US 10703789 B2, is the “master patent,” which refers to around another 90 patents. In other words, the master patent is built on 90 other patents. 

One of the patents US 10703789 B2 referenced, relates the functionality of the nanotechnology in the Covid-19 bioweapon injections to ensure rapid, easy, and targeted biodistribution of the nanoparticles, which are quantum dot particles, throughout the body.

The patent described “semiconductor nanocrystals (also known as quantum dot particles)” and how the size of the quantum dot responds to different energies or frequencies.

The patent was filed to Life Technologies Corporation in 2012 and Life Technologies was acquired by ThermoFisher in 2015. In February 2022, Moderna entered into a 15-year agreement with ThermoFisher Scientific for the manufacturing of its Covid “vaccine” and other experimental medicines based on mRNA technology.

In June 2019, (published on the 26th of March, 2020) Microsoft patented the now infamous and extremely Suspicious 060606 patent linking biometric data to Cryptocurrency.

Microsoft (Bill Gates) has patented a cryptocurrency mining system that leverages human activities, including brain waves and body heat, when performing online tasks such as using search engines, chatbots, and reading ads. “a user can solve the computationally difficult problem unconsciously“.

The patent describes a system where a device can verify whether “the body activity data satisfies one or more conditions set by the cryptocurrency system, and award cryptocurrency to the user whose body activity data is verified.”

Different types of sensors can be used to “measure or sense body activity or scan human body,” the patent explains. They include “functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) scanners or sensors, electroencephalography (EEG) sensors, near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) sensors, heart rate monitors, thermal sensors, optical sensors, radio frequency (RF) sensors, ultrasonic sensors, cameras, or any other sensor or scanner” that will do the same job.

Sidenote.. and I’m “sure it’s nothing” / and “just another coincidence”… / but they brought in $100 BILLION to invest in total surveillance & quarantine – something we never needed, and something that has been completely abused.

H.R. 6666 (116^th): COVID-19 Testing, Reaching, And Contacting Everyone (TRACE) Act

This bill would provide $100 billion in grants to faith-based organization, clinics, medical centers, and other organization which perform testing for COVID–19, tracing of exposure to COVID–19, or services for individuals who are isolating at home. The funding could be used to pay their staff or purchase personal protective equipment to protect their staff.

In 2018, “Coronavirus” was patented by the Pirbright Institute, which is connected to Rothschild again, Wellcome, and Gates, etc. but also with the Pilgrim Society (…if NWO had a list of names…)

So the above connections is critical, not what the fact-checkers are trying to debunk, the above is important…

Fact-checkers mislead readers by misdirection pointing out that it’s not “the” covid-19 coronavirus, but “a” coronavirus – and saying that it’s a “weakened form” of the virus that can be used for vaccines… which is written in the abstract also:

In addition, unless some other law has passed recently that I don’t know about “You cannot patent nature“.

So if ‘coronaviruses’ are ‘viruses that are naturally-occurring’, how did they succeed in getting a patent called “Coronavirus” (if it’s a ‘modified Coronavirus’- how did they get dibs on the name “Coronavirus”?)

You may think this is a stupid question from someone that doesn’t understand the science or what I’m reading (and that’s possible) but it’s a serious question because:

• Even if it’s a weaker form (which I don’t believe), if it’s a different “version” of Coronavirus (for lack of a better word), why would you be able to patent “Coronavirus”?
• If “Coronaviruses” occur in nature, then you wouldn’t be able to patent it, but if it’s some kind of unique and different thing they’ve created – a man-made “invention”, then wouldn’t you use a different word to describe your unique invention?
• Put another way..
  • if I created a unique version of a “Pine Cone” in the lab, could I patent the word “Pine Cone”?
  • if I modify anything of nature – a raspberry – can I patent “raspberry”?

• 24 Jan 2020 Pirbright’s response to the “conspiracy theories” surrounding their coronavirus research stating they do not currently work with human coronaviruses, and that patent 10130701 covers the development of an attenuated (weakened) form of the coronavirus that could be potentially be used as a vaccine to prevent respiratory diseases in bird and other animals, and that the research is ongoing. Says they receive funding from Gates but not for this patent. ^{^25}
• This patent was filed on Jan. 23, 2017, almost three years prior to the “Covid-19” Coronavirus “pandemic”. If coronavirus is something that has been around for decades, why file a patent for it in 2017? I just have so many questions.
• Pirbright employs a professor by the name of Bryan Charleston who is listed on the school’s website as a Wellcome Trust Scholar and Post-doctoral fellow whose research is focused on “understanding the immune response to foot-and–mouth disease virus (FMDV) in cattle to develop novel vaccines.”
• Pirbright is also involved in “MonkeyPox” research.

The CDC has Patent US7776521B1 “Coronavirus isolated from humans”

“This invention was made by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, an agency of the United States Government.” “A method of detecting a severe acute respiratory syndrome-associated coronavirus (SARS-CoV) in a sample…”

So who profits from anyone inventing anything to do with coronavirus detection or any other inventions relating to coronaviruses? I have questions.

Charles Lieber has 66 patents which are being used as scaffolds and wires and nanosensors and semiconductors in all vaccines as described here. ^{^26}

At the beginning of the pandemic if you remember, Charles Lieber, a Harvard nanotechnology researcher with decades of experience, was indicted by the DOJ for fraud in collaboration with the Wuhan University of Technology.  ^{^27}

Charles Lieber received millions of dollars in grant money from the US Department of Defence, specifically the military think tanks DARPA, AFOSR, and ONR, as well as NIH and MITRE. His specialty is the use of silicon nanowires in lieu of patch clamp electrodes to monitor and modulate intracellular activity, something he has been working on at Harvard for the past twenty years.

He was claimed to have been working on silicon nanowire batteries in China, but none of his colleagues can recall him ever having worked on battery technology in his life; all of his research deals with bionanotechnology, or the blending of nanotech with living cells.

Charles Lieber’s own papers describe the use of silicon nanowires for brain-computer interfaces, or “neural lace” technology. His papers describe how neurons can endocytose whole silicon nanowires or parts of them, monitoring and even modulating neuronal activity.

Charles Lieber was a colleague of Robert Langer (an expert in nanotech drug delivery) and who is one of the co-founders of Moderna.

Both Charles Lieber and Robert Langer’s bibliographies describe, essentially, techniques for human enhancement, i.e. transhumanism.

Charles Lieber has worked for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation, and according to the press-release video above, was paid one and a half million dollars to setup a research lab in Wuhan, China, at the same time as receiving research grants from Harvard & NIH. ^{^28}

One of his Patents is for Nanobots (‘nanoscale devices’) with “ballistic transport” for which “carriers can be injected” that can include metal electrodes including nickel, gold, silver, copper, zinc, cadmium, iron, nickel, cobalt, aluminum, chromium, platinum, tungsten, or the like.

It also gives an example that ‘an electrode or other device may be in electrical communication with both the nanoscale wire and the non-nanoscale electrical contact, where the junctions between such components are not Schottky barriers’ (energy barriers for electrons).

The invention includes a method for preparing nanostructures. And that nanoscale wires can be “grown” using chemical vapor depositions and that the nanoscale wires can also be “doped” by introducing the doping element into the vapor phase reactant, and more… read the patent here:

In an article in Harvard Magazine in 2011, he introduces his virus-sized transistors. “when a man-made structure is as small as a virus or bacteria, it can behave the way biological structures do.”

IMAGINE BEING ABLE to signal an immune cell to generate antibodies that would fight bacteria or even cancer. That fictional possibility is now a step closer to reality with the development of a bio-compatible transistor the size of a virus. Hyman professor of chemistry Charles Lieber and his colleagues used nanowires to create a transistor so small that it can be used to enter and probe cells without disrupting the intracellular machinery. These nanoscale semiconductor switches could even be used to enable two-way communication with individual cells.

Lieber has worked for the past decade on the design and synthesis of nanoscale parts that will enable him to build tiny electronic devices (see “Liquid Computing,” November-December 2001, page 20). Devising a biological interface, in which a nanoscale device can actually communicate with a living organism.

Getting the entire structure off the surface on which it had been created was easier: Lieber integrated the nano-wire probes with a pair of bimetal, layered interconnects. Joined strips of two different metals that expand at different rates have been used in thermostats for years–when the temperature changes, one metal swells or contracts more than the other, bending the thermostat to the opposite side to accommodate the expansion. Lieber used this principle to lift the transistor up and out of the flat plane on which it was created.

When he finally engineered the tiny device and tried to insert it into a cell, however, he had no luck: pressing hard enough to disrupt the cell membrane, he reports, killed the cell “pretty quickly.” But when his team coated the hairpin nanowire with a fatty lipid layer (the same substance cell membranes are made of), the device was easily pulled into the cell via membrane fusion, a process related to the one cells use to engulf viruses and bacteria. This innovation is important, Lieber explains, because it indicates that when a man-made structure is as small as a virus or bacteria, it can behave the way biological structures do.

Tests of the device indicate that it could be used not only to measure activity within neurons, heart cells, and muscle fibers, for example, but also to measure two distinct signals within a single cell simultaneously–perhaps even the workings of intracellular organelles, the functional units within cells that generate energy, fold proteins, process sugars, and perform other critical functions.

  • The present invention provides methods and compositions for the remote control of cell function based on the use of radiofrequency waves to excite nanoparticles targeted to specific cell types. The nanoparticles may be applied to the target cell extracellularly and/or expressed intracellularly. The cell type of interest expresses a temperature sensitive channel wherein excitation of the nanoparticles results in a localized temperature increase that is transduced into a cellular response. Such cellular responses may include, for example, increases in gene expression resulting in production of one or more physiologically active proteins. The expression of such proteins can be used to treat a variety of different inherited or acquired diseases or disorders in a subject. Accordingly, the invention provides a generic approach for treatment of any disease associated with a protein deficiency.

The National Institute of Health’s grant AI23946-08, issued to Dr. Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (officially classified as affiliated with Dr. Anthony Fauci’s NIAID by at least 2003) began the work on synthetically altering the Coronaviridae (the coronavirus family) for the express purpose of general research, pathogenic enhancement, detection, manipulation, and potential therapeutic interventions targeting the same. ^{^40}

As early as May 21, 2000, Dr. Baric and UNC sought to patent critical sections of the coronavirus family for their commercial benefit. (Source: U.S. Provisional Application No. 60/206,537, filed May 21, 2000) In one of the several papers derived from work sponsored by this grant, Dr. Baric published what he reported to be the full-length cDNA of SARS CoV in which it was clearly stated that SAR CoV was based on a composite of DNA segments.

DARPA’s ElectRx program (Electric Prescriptions) is funding research into tiny embedded devices that can monitor conditions inside the body and stimulate particular nerves in response, “enhancing the body’s self-healing abilities”. DARPA is examining health on a nano scale through its electrical prescriptions (ElectRx) program. ^{^44 ^45}

• “Imagine a device far tinier, that could be delivered through a needle. This device could be designed to constantly monitor certain conditions in the body, and then directly stimulate certain nerve pathways to trigger the body’s correct response mechanism when it’s not working as it should be. Let’s say blood sugar regulation isn’t working properly in a diabetic – this technology could potentially detect a blood sugar level anomaly and trigger the pancreas to release glucagon or insulin to sort it out”.
• As tiny as a single nerve fibre, an ElectRx device would sit in the body monitoring the bloodstream or electrical environment for a particular signal, at which point it would stimulate a targeted nerve in order to produce a desired outcome. The possibilities are incredibly broad, both good and bad.

Here’s some examples the ElextRx program is funding research into:

• Investigating whether direct triggering of the spleen or other organs could help treat rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory conditions.
• Investigating whether inflammation control in the brain could help treat depression
• Investigating whether the management of neurochemicals that regulate learning and memory in the brain could offer new treatments for post-traumatic stress and other mental health disorders
• Investigating thermal activation of the adrenal gland
• Investigating the stimulation of the vagal nerve to induce neural plasticity for the treatment of post-traumatic stress

A military research organization wouldn’t be throwing some 78.9 million US dollars at something that didn’t have some tantalizing potential on the battlefield. 

• For starters, if you put these things in people you like, you can do all sorts of positive things. But a targeted nerve stimulation device could also do all sorts of horrible things if implanted in somebody you’re less fond of, from straight out pain generation to emotional manipulation to all kinds of physical maladies.
• Then there’s the super-soldier potential. Controlling hormones and brain chemistry could help put soldiers in an ideal emotional and physiological state for certain operations or training exercises. And while these things could clearly be useful, I’m not sure how comfortable I’d be letting anyone’s government put them in my body.

DARPA’s first seven grants under the ElectRx program announced in 2015: ^{^46}

• Circuit Therapeutics (Menlo Park, Calif.), a start-up co-founded by Karl Deisseroth and Scott Delp, is a new DARPA performer. The team plans to further develop its experimental optogenetic methods for treating neuropathic pain, building toward testing in animal models before seeking to move to clinical trials in humans.
• A team at Columbia University (New York), led by Elisa Konofagou, will pursue fundamental science to support the use of non-invasive, targeted ultrasound for neuromodulation. The team aims to elucidate the underlying mechanisms that may make ultrasound an option for chronic intervention, including activation and inhibition of nerves.
• A team at the Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health (Parkville, Australia), led by John Furness, is a first-time DARPA performer. Team members will seek to map the nerve pathways that underlie intestinal inflammation, with a focus on determining the correlations between animal models and human neural circuitry. They will also explore the use of neurostimulation technologies based on the cochlear implant —developed by Cochlear, Inc. to treat hearing loss, but adapted to modulate activity of the vagus nerve in response to biofeedback signals—as a possible treatment for inflammatory bowel disease.
• A team at the Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore), led by Jiande Chen, aims to explore the root mechanisms of inflammatory bowel disease and the impact of sacral nerve stimulation on its progression. The team will apply a first-of-its-kind approach to visualize intestinal responses to neuromodulation in animal models.
• A team at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Cambridge, Mass.), led by Polina Anikeeva, will aim to advance its established work in magnetic nanoparticles for localized, precision in vivo neuromodulation through thermal activation of neurons in animal models. The team’s work will target the adrenal gland and the splanchnic nerve circuits that govern its function. To increase specificity and minimize potential side effects of this method of stimulation, the team seeks to develop nanoparticles with the ability to bind to neuronal membranes. Dr. Anikeeva was previously a DARPA Young Faculty Awardee.
• A team at Purdue University (West Lafayette, Ind.), led by Pedro Irazoqui, will leverage an existing collaboration with Cyberonics to study inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract and its responsiveness to vagal nerve stimulation through the neck. Validation of the mechanistic insights that emerge from the effort will take place in pre-clinical models in which novel neuromodulation devices will be applied to reduce inflammation in a feedback-controlled manner. Later stages of the effort could advance the design of clinical neuromodulation devices.
• A team at the University of Texas, Dallas, led by Robert Rennaker and Michael Kilgard, will examine the use of vagal nerve stimulation to induce neural plasticity for the treatment of post-traumatic stress. As envisioned, stimulation could enhance learned behavioral responses that reduce fear and anxiety when presented with traumatic cues. Dr. Rennaker is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served in Liberia, Kuwait and Yugoslavia.

• Referring to the “Circuit Therapeutics” grant above, this feature article writes: “A new kind of medicine: an electrical therapy as benign as a morning swim and as straightforward as popping a pill with your coffee.”
  • “A new technique that inserts light-sensitive proteins into neurons and then uses pulses of light to turn those neurons “on” and “off.” Under the DARPA grant, the researchers will try to use pulses of light to alter neural circuits involved in neuropathic pain.”

US patent for a Toxic Mosquito Aerial release system, granted by The United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2014 includes a drone which can release infected mosquitoes. According to the patent documents, the drone is capable of delivering lethal and non-lethal toxins, including any agent that can be carried and administered by a mosquito.

“With the toxic mosquito aerial release system, large masses of people can be immunized or enemy troops can now be wiped out or rendered useless without having to risk or endanger our own troops. On Oct. 01, 2002, Agilent Technologies, Inc. engineer Richard C. Walker filed a patent application 10/260,525 (later U.S. Pat. No. 6,965,816, and now US20050187677A1). Walker’s long-time patent attorney was Irah H. Donner, Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, aka Wilmer Hale LLP or Hale & Dorr LLP.

Good lord, reading this document, after 2 years of researching and knowing what has transpired – it’s extremely disturbing the amount of B.S. in this letter, and just how corrupt this world has become. Although I’m sure they feel perfectly entitled.
• A 63-page document containing Q&A responses from Human Rights Watch to Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson – and their slick marketing-focused responses. ^{^69}
• Sums it up: Brook Baker, a Northeastern University law professor and expert on intellectual property. “Pharma’s response to the pandemic is: ‘Our system is perfect.
